SUGAR SCRUBS by L’Oréal Paris product review

L’Oréal Paris has recently launched three sugar scrubs. Each of which has been developed on the basis of three types of sugar with fine crystals, which not only exfoliate the skin but also condition it.

Three types of sugar

SUGAR SCRUBS are made of three naturally derived sugar: white, blonde and brown. White sugar removed dead skin cells and all impurities. Blonde sugar is rich in vitamins B that make the skin smooth. Brown sugar contains vitamins and minerals responsible for nourishing and condition the skin from within.

Three types of sugar scrubs

  • Smooth & Glow Face Scrub
It has an orange-brown colour and contains grape seed oil, monoi oil and acai powder. Grape seed oil is a source of vitamin E, which provides the skin with illumination and protects cells against ageing. Monoi oil moisturizes and protects the skin from becoming grey and losing glow. Monoi oil has all the conditioning properties of coconut oil enriched with a unique smell and soothing effect of a gardenia extract. Acai powder is a source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that smooth out the skin and delay its ageing process.
  • Purify & Unclog Face Scrub
It resembles a kiwi: it is light green and packed with dark grains. The product contains kiwi seeds and essential oil of mint and lemongrass. Kiwi seeds brighten the skin, restore its glow, add vitality, smooth and soften it, and slow down the ageing process. Kiwi seeds moisturize dry and cracked skin and improve the condition of oily and acne skin by abrasion of dead skin and removal of blackheads. Mint essential oil reduces imperfections, cleanses pores and provides anti-acne and disinfecting properties. What’s more, it soothes the oily skin prone to pimples and irritations. The essential oil of lemongrass reduces swelling and bring relief.
  • Nourish & Soften Face Scrub
The third product from L’Oréal Paris comes in cocoa colour. The scrub contains cocoa butter, coconut oil and cocoa beans. Cocoa butter moisturizes the skin and leaves a protective filter on it. Coconut oil nourishes and protects the skin, also against UV radiation, as well as strengthens collagen fibres. Cocoa beans remove dead cells and provide the skin with softness.
